These Terms and Conditions govern your use of monochromecoloringbook.com and purchases made from Monochrome Coloring Book, operated by Conrad Inspire LLC.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, purchases must be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, ink, settings, and other factors.
Minor differences between website images and a finished printed product are not necessarily defects.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout.
We may change product prices, promotions, or availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except when necessary to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of payment problems, suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Paperback books are produced by a third-party printing and fulfillment provider after an order is placed. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Because production may begin shortly after checkout, an order may not be changeable or cancelable once it has been submitted for printing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use that product for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, you may not:
• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital file
• Upload the file to another website, platform, shared drive, or file-sharing service
• Claim the content or artwork as your own
• Use the content to create products for sale
• Reproduce or distribute copies for a classroom, organization, event, or business
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use the files to train an artificial-intelligence model or dataset
You may print purchased PDF coloring pages for your own personal use. Each person who wants their own digital copy must purchase or obtain a separate authorized copy.
BONUS PRODUCTS
Complimentary bonus pages or files provided with a qualifying purchase are licensed under the same personal-use terms as purchased digital products. Bonus offers may be changed, replaced, or discontinued for future orders at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, coloring pages, books, digital files, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Conrad Inspire LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, files, designs, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You may not use the website to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user’s information
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Interfere with website security or operation
